Bracebridge residents have started receiving the first issue of a new monthly magazine that focuses on a different Bracebridge family each month.
Called ‘Neighbours of Bracebridge’ the fun monthly provides in depth profiles of families in each issue highlighting the many unique personalities and talents throughout the municipality.
Put out by Best Version Media, the magazine’s local Publisher is Crystal Exner who says copies are mailed to peoples homes by Canada Post, providing residents something to look forward to when they open their mailboxes at the start of each month.
The first issue features Mike and Brandy Fry’s family, a perfect first feature family known for their strong community involvement.
The magazine’s Content Coordinator Matt Sitler says he can’t wait to interview a new Bracebridge family each month.
“Families are the strong backbone of any small town and are one of the main reasons living in Bracebridge is so great,” he said. “Being offered the chance to support and strengthen that in a meaningful hyper-local way is what we’re all about.”
Exner adds that the magazine is the perfect solution for businesses to reach their Bracebridge audience through advertising.
“I decided to bring this magazine to Bracebridge because I wanted to bring neighbours and businesses together,” says Neighbours of Bracebridge Publisher Crystal Exner. “There is a human element to it that I feel has been missing.”
Watch for your copy of Neighbours of Bracebridge to appear in your mailbox at the start of each month – you never know what local family will be featured next!
