A Huntsville murder suspect has an April 18th bail hearing in Bracebridge.
On Thursday at 8:30 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault at an Aspdin Road residence in Huntsville.
An injured male was found at the scene and taken to a local hospital where he later died of his injuries. Police are remaining tight lipped about the case and aren’t saying how the man was injured.
The deceased was identified as 45-year old Michel Earl of Huntsville. A post-mortem examination was scheduled for Saturday at the Office of the Chief Coroner and Forensic Pathology Service (OCC-OFPS) in Toronto.
42-year old Charles Hayhoe of Huntsville was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder and was remanded in custody pending a Bail Hearing scheduled for April 18th in Bracebridge.
The investigation into this death is continuing under Detective Inspector Robert Matthews of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
