Treetop Trekking, which operates a zip line adventure park on Highway 60 in Huntsville, has been voted Ontario’s Top Outdoor Attraction for 2017.
The award is given out annually by Attractions Ontario, an industry association that promotes tourism attractions in the province.
Voting was open to the public from April until October of this year. Other categories
included Top Festival and Event, Top Performing Arts venue, and Top Museum.
Treetop Trekking operates five zip line adventure parks in Ontario, including the
Huntsville location, which opened in 2012.
“We are very humbled and honoured to be named Top Outdoor Attraction in the
entire province, and want to thank all our customers who voted for us,” says Treetop
Trekking Marketing Director, Mike Stiell.
Treetop Trekking is also one of three top finalists still in contention for the
Attraction of the Year award, which goes to the attraction that received the most
votes out of all categories. The winner of this will be announced in November.
